• VERSATILE IN AND OUTSIDE THE HOME. The 3 Ply 10 Piece Stainless Steel Cookware Set can be used with any kitchen setup: electric, gas, glass, or induction. It can go from stovetop to oven, for true one-pot meal cooking. Oven safe up to 230°C/450°F. This set includes: 5-quart Dutch oven; 10-inch frying pan; 8-inch frying pan; 1.5-quart saucepan; 3-quart saucepan; and 3.5-quart sauté pan. All with heavy, custom fitted lids.
• MULTIPLY CLADDING TECHNOLOGY. MultiPly cladding technology produces the highest-performing 3 ply stainless steel pots and pans set. Each layer of premium metal serves a purpose: 304 stainless steel for safe, easy-clean cooking; a thick aluminum core for even heating; and 430 stainless steel for performance on all cooktops. Heat distribution to handles may occur over long periods of high temperature cooking. Make sure to use a potholder when grasping handles of the stainless steel pans.
• EASY TO CLEAN & CARE FOR. To maintain the quality of your Legend stainless steel pan set, allow to cool completely to room temperature. Clean with dish detergent and a sponge or soft mesh scrubber. To maintain luster, polish with water and a mild acid, like vinegar or lemon juice. Dishwasher safe, but to maintain the visibility of interior measurement lines, handwashing is best. Stainless steel requires no special handling, unlike cast iron, pure copperware, enameled and nonstick clad cookware.
• NO NEED FOR NON-STICK COATING. Just let the stainless steel pot set get hot, then add a healthy cooking oil, like safflower or olive oil, and you can sauté vegetables or fry a steak to perfection. No need to worry about health risks when cooking at high heat, like with traditional cheap non stick coating. There's also no need to painstakingly craft your own coating and baby it, like with cast iron. Just cook, clean, and put it away. Heavy duty quality, with lightweight construction.
